Added a covered outdoor living area with new roof framing, structural support, concrete/slab work, exterior integration, and stair access connecting the new work back into the existing home.
After a washing-machine overflow caused extensive water damage, Eleven17 removed affected materials, opened the floor system, repaired damaged framing and subfloor, and completed a full kitchen and laundry-room restoration with new flooring, cabinetry, countertops and finishes.
